We are providing a number of other records that may be of interest to you. If there is a public record that you are interested in but do not see on the website, please contact the District Office.


As the District’s audited financial statements are prepared by an independent auditor, and accepted by the Board, we will post them on the website for your information. If you are interested in an audit for a previous fiscal year, please contact the District Office.


  • Establishment Ordinance: This is the document establishing the District by the City Council of the City of Orlando, adopted April 22, 2002.


As the Board of Supervisors adopts rules, they will be posted on the website.

  • Rules of Procedure: These are the administrative rules by which the District operates. They are based on the Florida Statutes and define how the District conducts its business pursuant to Florida Law. Effective July 10, 2002.

Engineering Reports

  • 2002: Dated July 10, 2002, for improvements related to the initial infrastructure and capital projects of the District
  • 2008: Dated February 12, 2008, for improvements related to Village Center 2
